Just a Pretty Little Christmas Tree

I thought my sister & mine's Christmas tree was very pretty this year. Here's our tree plus the buffet that's all decorated, too. I don't use the buffet per se; it is stuffed with linens, dishes, and whatnot. It's mainly used for display, lol.

Well, this is certainly a Christmas Eve to remember. Dogsitting and separated from my family. But stll having a good time!

Thought I would put up a picture of the dogs I'm watching. Barkley, Libby and the newbie, crazy little Maizie. Maizie is obssessive about looking up at the skylights. She sees her reflection up in the glass and thinks it's another dog.

My Dog Watch-ees - Pt. 1

Dogsitting began for me as just helping a friend out. This was years ago, lol. Now I have several regular customers and a new one scheduled for next year already.

Molly and Lucy are border collies. Jingles is a Yorkie. Molly & Lucy are two of the best dogs ever. They know phrases/words like if you tell them you're going to "work" or "to the store". Jingles? Jingles is a different story. He's pretty bad. He likes to make his mark in the house, if you know what I mean. And he is the horniest little dog. He is always looking to hump something, lol.

I have been watching Molly and Lucy for quite a few years now, not sure exactly how many. Maybe 5 or so? Anyway, border collies are great watch dogs and they sure seem to love to chase the squirrels. And Molly is great at catching a frisbee.

Here is a picture of Molly and Jingles at the door, most likely looking at someone jogging or walking along the sidewalk in front of the house.

Chloe & the Major
Well, I had to show off Chloe & the Major. Chloe is the dog & Major is the cat. They are new "customers" of mine that I just started watching last summer. Chloe is a beautifully behaved lil' dog and the Major? Well, he's finally warming up to me. He's 15 years old and so he's kind of set in his ways. But I love him. Here they are. One of them is Chloe modeling her cheetah-skin coat, lol.

I get to watch them in later June. I'll have to introduce you to some of my other clients. Next up will be Libby and her brother, Barkley, who I am watching this weekend.
