Now on to some of our other favorites and a rewind Connect-Four to our previous 5a which we said we would return to.
• While we are still awaiting to hear whatever became of Jared Padalecki's verdict from his alleged assault arrest from way back in October of last year, it's interesting to see that things haven't changed much with both Jared and Jensen. Separation has been the name of the game (with a brief respite released today, Apr 13). Filming was stopped on the set of Supernatural on March 13 due to health concerns caused by the dangers of the coronavirus. Oh, yes. A blown engine on a plane, one that was allegedly carrying Jensen Ackles and co-stars (and meard) Misha Collins, Richard Speight and Alex Calvert from Vancouver to the convention in Las Vegas on Friday, March 06.
Notice who wasn't on the flight? Jared.
And, who was on the flight as pictured above with Jensen? Collins.
lol, no kidding! Could not have been scripted any better for a bit of penny pincher mearding, could it? And while Richard Speight was giving his somber and serious account,
More bonding! While Speight (who is no stranger to the "protection needs" of Jared and Jensen) was providing the serious take, Collins and Jensen's mentions were more light-hearded and filled with humor.
The story of a plane's engine failure and emergency landing was very limited in its media distribution compared to Jared's "drunken arrest", being sent to outlets like etcanada, "IGN", MSN, tvserieswelove, promipool, cwatlanta, craftydiply.com, and a site called geekvibesnation, whose Google search title read "Plane Carrying Some Supernatural Actors...",
"Some Supernatural Cast Members".
And then there was Jensen's version of the event as told at the convention panel,

Seem pretty darn serious to anyone else?
And then there's the story on another fandom website, where it is listed after several posts of Supernatural guest stars selling their wares, under a section labeled "Miscellaneous".
"Miscellaneous". Interesting, isn't it? We will leave this eyebrowing raising gif of Mr. DiCaprio for readers to ponder further.
• Now, let's pivot to Mr. Jake Gyllenhaal. This was an interesting tweet to contemplate, posted on Sunday morning, Apr 12.
The picture is from an Instagram account belonging to professional photographer Jake Chessum, who took the photo in a shoot from 2004 for Life magazine. The location was Barney's Beanery, which was where? Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood, a frequent locale of Jake and Austin, part of their ol' stomping grounds with numerous, numerous sightings. The other smile inducer about the location of the shoot was the restaurant - Barney's Beanery, the site of another popular picture of Jake.
The photoshoot included several other pictures, but the one above is well-remembered and was taken outside of Barney's Beanery, which not only features regular pub food, but also boasts, wait for it....
Mexican cuisine. Austy's special love!! Breakfast tacos, breakfast quesadillas, breakfast nachos, huevos rancheros, need we say more, hmmmmmmm? Awwwwww, this bit of reminiscing and talk of Santa Monica and WeHo gets us here at Narnia a bit misty!
• And while we're on the subject of Jake, did you see his headstand? Outstanding! And a lovely smile at the end.

Jake and Austin look great, don't they? These two guys are FIT. Those kids have got them busy. OH, you say you have no idea if Austin looks great, because you haven't seen him lately? Well, here he is. The video itself is a bit OTT and who believes Austin is really playing. BUT, remember way back when....the Grand Poobah herself discovered that Austin did know how to play piano and had learned back in college. And then there was this tweet from May 2012 where Austin had taken the time to provide some piano playing tips to a One Tree Hill fan.

• The current global pandemic isn't slowing down PR teams at all, it seems. With stay at home orders, PR teams were all trying to figure out how they were going to keep their clients in the news. And while we still have pictures of stars exiting grocery stores (having shopped for "essentials") wearing gloves and masks, it looks like the publicists are figuring out ways to send the "coffee walks" indoors. But in some cases, it's all in who is missing from the photos that clues us in on what the real story is. Two examples.
Does anyone see Stranger Things' (also Randall Malone from Brokeback Mountain) David Harbour in these birthday party pictures seen below, from his Instagram? David Harbour is supposed to be dating singer Lily Allen. The post is about a small birthday party thrown for him during the lockdown. Interesting thing though, is where is the birthday boy?
And similarly with actor Jamie Dornan, who is married to musician and actress Amelia Warner. Again, it is the female who posts the photo, this time Warner capturing a movie night involving Dornan and their two daughters.
Both Warner and Dornan have their own Six Degrees going on in their "dating" history which is why Narnia's curiosity is peaked over the non-commital nature of the photo. ;-)
The coronavirus lockdown is forcing publicity teams to get creative with their social media and in the case of those whose image needs to be portrayed as "newly attached" or "domesticated" or "newly wed", the stay-at-home requirement appears to be reason to keep hammering the same nail over and over again.
• Take another Narnia fave, KC Chiefs' tight end Travis Kelce. Travis has been lying pretty low since the last gulp taken during the Super Bowl parade. But seems the lockdown is going on longer than his team may be comfortable with and it was time to push him out there with ol' Kayla Nicole (another bellowing "players girlfriend" like Patrick Mahomes' sidekick, Brittany Matthews as seen in our previous Part 5a). Here, Travis and Nicole were seen playing a very "masculine" game of beer pong to raise charitable funds, which is a fine thing to do.

Heyyyyy now wait a minute, who is that in the top view that Travis is playing against? Is it....I think it is! Danny Amendelo! Remember we saw Danny Amendelo in this 2018 picture with Jacquelyn Dahl, Patrick Mahomes, Brittany Matthews and if I'm not mistaken, former Texas Tech coach Kliff Kingsbury, a good friend of Amendelo.
Small world, isn't it? And then, just for good measure, Travis' people thought they should ring up TMZ (a media favorite used by Dahl's agency) and show him and Nicole "lockdown'ing". Although they're not working out like Patrick and Matthews, but Travis is taking to the couch.
Narnia will pass on posting the jiggling-butt video of the girlfriend, but we do have to say that we love what appears to be #87 growing out his hair! That's a fine length and takes us back several years as it's been awhile since he had his hair so thick on top. That man can sure grow a head of head pretty darn fast. Good for you, Travis!! ;-)

• While Narnia could keep going on as there has just been a plethora of post-worthy tidbits these past couple of weeks, but Lord willing, there will be other opportunities.
What we do want to do is conclude by giving a huge shoutout to Mr. Liam Payne, who released a single called Midnight, with Alesso this past week and it is a real smooth tune with splendid vocals by our fave, Liam. Not only that, but he is working with Trussell Trust to get meals to those who need them during this incredibly trying health crisis for those who can't work and are hurting for the funds to feed themselves and/or their families.

What an incredible gesture by Liam, whose love for his fellow UK citizens is always quite evident in his generosity and time, as the same goes for all of his bandmates Zayn, Niall, Harry and Louis. All five men have given back, sharing what they've been blessed by.
In what was a busy week for Liam, he also was, how should we say, a little generous with the loose lips as once again, he was given the privilege to leak another hint that One Direction had been talking with one another and might be reuniting in July for their 10th Anniversary. Now, that's what we here at Narnia call good news!
