This post is dedicated to providing a bit of attention to several parties - some of it no doubt desired by the perpetrators, some of it not so much. 😅
Look quickly, some of this is just rapid-fire. 😁
• How many movies is Jake Gyllenhaal going to do where his character girlfriend/wife are brutalized and/or murdered/deceased?
Recently announced is an alleged new project to be done with Kevin Costner.
And to no surprise? His character's fiance dies. Which made Narnia wonder just how many times now has Jake shown an undeniable leniency to having a girlfriend, fiance or wife "taken care of" and eliminated during the movie, often times before the viewer can even get settled into their seat.
- Lovely & Amazing: his 17 yr old character has an affair with an older co-worker, who is then arrested for statutory rape.
- Moonlight Mile: his character's fiance was murdered
- Jarhead: his character's girlfriend dumps him while he's away serving in war
- Love and Other Drugs: his character's girlfriend is afflicted with multiple sclerosis
- Enemy: the spider at the end of the movie is supposed to represent his pregnant wife, whom he also is cheating on with another woman.
- Southpaw: his character's wife is shot and dies in his arms
[ Everest: his character dies]
- Demolition: his wife dies in a car accident
- Nocturnal Animals: his book novel character's wife AND daughter are raped and murdered.
- Wildlife: his character and his wife go through a disintegration of marriage (his wife cheats on him)
- [The Sisters Brothers]: his character shoots and kills himself
- [Velvet Buzzsaw]: his character and his romantic interest both meet a violent death
- [Ambulance: his character is shot to death]
- Presumed Innocent TV series: his mistress is murdered
In enough of those projects listed, the wife meets her demise early in the movie, thus freeing Jake up to have more time in the film to "concentrate" on his action moves and all those bro relationships. 😉
• A planned documentary on Colin Kaepernick that was to air on ESPN, has been shelved, as written about on Just Jared. And the director, Spike Lee? He said, "It's not coming out. That's all I can say," and due to a signed NDA he will not be commenting any further.
ESPN, who recently shook hands with the NFL on quite a deal:
ESPN, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS), and the National Football League (NFL) today announced a non-binding agreement under which ESPN will acquire NFL Network and certain other media assets owned and controlled by the NFL -- including NFL's linear RedZone Channel, and NFL Fantasy -- in exchange for a 10% equity stake in ESPN. Following that timeline and how the documentary subject is Kaepernick, we probably shouldn't be surprised that the project has been permanently shelved. 🤨
• Allegedly, Shifty (aka Taylor Swift) attended the Chiefs' home opener (vs. the Philadelphia Eagles) this past Sunday, September 14. Normally, social media is promptly inundated with a play-by-play * Breaking! * onslaught of content documenting her game arrivals, also intended to showcase what she's wearing.

After the Chiefs' disastrous season debut in Brazil with a perfectly scripted loss to the Chargers on Friday, Sept. 5, and an opportunity to right that ship, plus the recently announced "engagement" with #87 Travis Kelce, imagine our surprise when instead of a batch of videos and hundreds of tweets of the big arrival, the twitter general public get this:
Some kind of rolling partition that we're later told was bullet-proof, so we're now being led to believe she's received a threat to safekeeping. And so, all we get are headlines:

Naw ... we've seen this kind of GPS ruse before. Much more likely? That Shifty was not in attendance at all at Arrowhead. Since Travis was once again set up to look like an arrogant, bullying fool in this game and the Chiefs suddenly looking like a group of bumbling buffoons, there was no way Shifty wanted her image associated with such an unlikely, but clown-ish performance. Oh no, she was elsewhere.
That's why we were "given" a photo from Patrick's birthday party at his new restaurant 1587 Prime Steakhouse that he shares with Travis, has been labeled as taking place immediately following the team's sad loss to the Eagles on Sunday, Sept. 14. Allegedly, the party took place immediately following the game.
But there's nothing about this photo that proves it was taken on Sunday. Yes, Travis is wearing the Little Lord Fauntleroy outfit that he was photo'd in upon his arrival to the stadium for the game. But he simply could've posed for a photo with the jacket off in the locker room, I mean worn that same outfit another day. No, rather this is why Travis wore such a distinguishable, memorable ensemble. Because fans would conclude "Oh, he wore that to the game, so obviously yes, the party took place on Sunday immediately following the game. Because...Little Lord Fauntleroy short pants and yup, no doubt."

Or the photo could also be a total photo shop. Where on earth is Travis' right arm and shoulder supposed to be? Where are Patrick's feet? I guess we can see one of his feet. What is that behind Matthews' dress - is that supposed to be one of his shoes?

See? This is why they mash these folks up so closely together all the time in group photos. They're stacked. "Smushed" together. Stuck in the back rows or "popped in" from the side. As we've said before, it's why the colors black and navy are used so often; bodies are easier to blend in together.
We don't really know for sure that the "birthday party" photo was taken on Sunday the 14th after the game, do we? These folks have lied in photos so many times before.
We'll see how the game vs. the Baltimore Ravens goes tomorrow, Sept. 28, and if Shifty's schedule + the Chiefs' manner of play will allow her to be in attendance without it being an inconvenience or her image to avoid being associated with on-field melodrama.

And on the subject of Travis and his "fiance", his "ex" Kayla Nicole has never gone away, has she? She cropped up again on the 15th of this month of September, in a low-trending video which featured simulated sex acts with (gasp! boy are we shocked!) Chris Brown on stage during a concert appearance in Los Angeles. We're not showing any video or photo of this planned and scripted moment, as it was absolutely OTT and ridiculous.
Chris Brown obviously didn't mind earning some extra het credit and well, as for Kayla Nicole? She just keeps popping back up once in awhile for some silly, lame reason - enough to trend on X or grab a headline to remind everyone that she once "dated" Travis.
We will not be surprised if at some point, she will be a big reason for the eventual "break up" of Travis and Shifty. Like any contracted beard, she should have faded off into the sunset long ago, only to be mentioned in numerous Just Jared and People.com recollections of "dating history". Instead, she keeps coming around and coming around. There's a reason for that - so folks don't forget her name.

Is Sabrina Carpenter merely a Shifty 2.0? One could say that well, this is the way music is promoted now. But it would seem that her alleged "dating" history was already off to a 👀 start.

Another bogus "marathon", Sony? As I told someone, unless we see Harry Styles interviewed after he crosses the finish line, live from the event, on television? I'm not buying him at these marathons. Why would they fake them? I don't know. Other than to separate him from Louis, it doesn't seem that clear at the moment. Probably that's all it is - to geographically separate him from Louis.
But they're blowing it. And one way they're blowing it, is by only having very limited amount of photos the day of the race and then more photos feed online 24 hours later. And one main reason this would happen is so that TPTB has to wait for the race to take place, then they can use other photos from the race to manip Harry into. We've seen this on red carpets and other events that Jake's people have tried to place him at (and for whatever reason, he doesn't wish to be bothered with attending - which would be so "Jake" of him. 😂😂)

The next question should be why. Why are you playing around with photos like this? Shouldn't have to if Harry were really there. Bottom line.
Another day, another round of what's real and what's not. Either way, we at Narnia do hope that Harry and Louis are having a good day, despite what happens sometimes with their images. 😍
