Well, here we are in 2026 and it's Valentine's Day already! We're not doing anything fancy here, no poems, no haiku's, no song-and-dance, no box of chocolates, just best wishes to some of our favorite fellas OR couples, along with wishes for a fun day. As if we needed a reason to post pictures or gifs of all these beautiful men! 😁 💖
In no particular order, however they come to mind. [and you know, a couple of fictional television partners need to be included as well!] Everyone will be listed at the bottom of the post. I had a huge issue with formatting and so I'm not touching it anymore! 😂😂 and we're just going with the flow.
Ziam - always & forever

And how about a shoutout to an "old" vintage favorite of Narnia's from back in the day? Kradam, aka Kris Allen and Adam Lambert.
Yep, that's Kris Allen and Adam Lambert! 🔥
And don't freak, but it's time to end this one with our two fictional fave pair of professional partners (one of them new!) Jim Reed and Pete Malloy from Adam-12! And yes,

I've got one (maybe two, who knows) thing to add about the post and who's not in it or whatever, but it'll need to wait as I've got to go momentarily. Anyway, sorry for the formatting and not being able to label everyone appropriately but Blogger was giving me FITS yesterday and well, I don't have all day to mess with them. So hey, just go with it, you know?
ReplyDeleteWell, I had to leave off folks from a CERTAIN BASEBALL TEAM for this post because I happen to think they're all a super paranoid bunch. With the season about to start, we don't need to add to an already burdensome and ridiculous amount of "parading" around and you know what I mean by that. Even though this is an entertainment blog, we do point some things out. And I know that I myself love to share my love of our local sports teams and maybe it was a foolish/ignorant feeling on my part that I could include some folks w/o MAKING THEM PARANOID.
ReplyDeleteNow that doesn't mean that if there's something that catches our eye, that we're not still going to point it out. This blog is for fun and not only others' enjoyment/entertainment, and while I can't speak for M&M, it is for my own personal enjoyment as well. And I'm sorry, but the sports world is part of the entertainment industry. So nothing was "way out there". We're just as much about educating/informing and sharing observations as we are about having fun and enjoying who we write about.
Anyway .... if you follow me elsewhere, you can tell that I'm just really into Emergency!, have been since October and I don't see that letting up anytime soon. There are several stories to tell from that world and will come in due time.
I have grown fond of Adam-12 too, but that one is a little different and so I don't know how much I'll include them. I just really love the character Pete Malloy especially. His character is fascinating and very likeable. As is Reed, but his personality is way different.
"educating/informing and sharing observations"
ReplyDeleteHere's the thing on this. Because one of the first or most common lines fans will receive online from trolls or planted accounts, OR have quoted via the likes of Just Jared or Instagram via the celebrity themselves, is 'mind your own business', 'why don't you get a life of your own', 'they're never going to f you', blah blah blah blah.
And I'm going to say this. For those kinds of pointless arguments, we just say hey guess what, genius. That's already been the belief or inner speculation. So the idea of "wishing or hoping" to get "f'd" is not reality, is not what it's about. How could it be? ** eye roll **
I think the majority of the content on Narnia shows that we like it when we believe we see a couple. Or say in the case of the fictional pairing of professional partners, the intent of the writers of that show was to hint that there's something more there. Maybe it was the chemistry of the two actors that started it? Maybe it was always the writers' intent to have some playground fun.
Who can deny that was definitely the case of Supernatural and Emergency! There was too much gay innuendo on both of those shows to be denied. There is absolutely no doubt about it.
I'll stop there because I want to point out a difference between Supernatural and Emergency! at a later time. Actually, when you look at the time period, Emergency! was ahead of its time when it came to in-your-face, hey-hey, hint-hint, are they or did I see what I just saw or what was that. That show even came before Starsky & Hutch, which was kind of groundbreaking when it came to taking gay innuendo, so kudos to Emergency! They helped set that table, although M&M tells me that Star Trek was also right there, too. If you know of a show that came before these, let me know in the comments and tell me to snap out of it! :-)
Seriously tho, because we see so many younger fans online falling for the deception, taking every single photo or Doom Oui stupid fake "sighting" for face value, it bugs the heck out of us. We've got to be smarter than this. And there are many larries out there who help point out these out. There have been sharp J2'ers out there altho I think many of them knew when those 2 were going underground and they departed the fandom. I don't blame them. The guys treated their loyal fans who knew what they saw, quite insultingly.
We just want to help share what's observed and trying to point out the patterns. Patterns and timing are two of the biggest, more important puzzle pieces to identify. Can't let TPTB run roughshod over the general public. Otherwise, it'll just steamroll and you'll feel weakened. Knowledge is empowering and helps to tone down on the irritation/angst/stress.
Remember that Narnia has written about the closet and the sports world for at least seven years. Long before it was topical. Beginning with “Broadway Joe” back in the late sixties, athletes have used emerging media formats to control narratives, and shape images as well as for more traditional branding efforts. But once the Sports-Hollywood merger really began in earnest in 2006, after CAA launched CAA Sports, the landscape began to shift dramatically. Especially, in 2013-14, when WME’s acquisition of IMG proved critical. This is when Hollywood agencies gained direct control over sports marketing, licensing and talent. And then in 2023 Endeavor Group Holdings gained a 51% controlling interest when they merged WWE with UFC to form TKO Group Holdings (TKO), creating a $21.4 billion live sports and entertainment giant. That is why closeting techniques typically observed with artists in the television/movie/music/modelling industries are suddenly everywhere in the sports world. It’s not happenstance that “sobbing” Jake Paul is in Italy rooting for his speedskating Olympics girlfriend right now. Just do a little more research and you will find an explosion of NFL, MLB, NHL, etc., athletes suddenly “dating” a variety of female celebrities. And if Full Stop Management is involved, and they very much are, (Madison Beer, Tate McRae, Cardi B, etc.). it’s obvious that closeting is a large part of the emerging business model.
DeleteNarnia, in fact, is sure all of the major power brokers are still trying to figure out how to harness and strangle the unexpected tidal wave of "Heated Rivalry", which premiered on 11/28/25. It’s no secret that CAA swooped in immediately and signed both Hudson Williams (12/17/25) and Conner Storrie 1/6/26). Coincidence? We think not. Let’s just hope the guys had good lawyers to review their contracts.
Correction: "And there are many larries out there who help to point out the deceptions."
