The first couple of weeks of March for the Padackles foursome has become,
when you take a look at why:

And in 2018, let's add two more events which further crowded the first couple of weeks of the month:

J2 at Paley Fest in Los Angeles with cast - March 20
What are the odds? Kind of opportunistic like beard Chloe Bennet's birthday falling on April 18, six days before Austin Nichols' which would prove to be beneficial in helping to "book" Austin's calendar and distance him from wherever Jake Gyllenhaal was.
Kind of surprisingly, Jared and the boys were allowed to be seen at the brewery where Jensen's 40th family wing ding was held, although not without his beard. In fact, the birthday party proved to be a vehicle for selling the separate, yet cohesive duo-family narrative, as evident in this video:

What's in a location? What's in a date? Between both beards Danneel and Genevieve, it would seem they're beating down a well-worn path between Austin TX and Vancouver. By March 13, Danneel, daughter JJ and the twins are supposed to be back in Vancouver ON just in time for the beard to throw a big crew bash for her 'hubs', said to even include Canadian Sarah McLachlin. On Mar 16, it's off to Los Angeles for the entire Ackles family and supposedly they miss Odette's first birthday which is said to take place in Austin, TX.
While Genevieve's Instagrams/Stories did place her physically in Austin TX at a SXSW event on the 14th, nothing else places her in attendance at a birthday celebration except an "Austin TX" location, which frankly doesn't work as a valid back-up with publicists having access to their accounts.
A few random social media sightings allegedly placing Jared in Austin, TX.
Only 1307 tweets to this account and a convenient Texas location. Other than that, this account is an awful lot of retweets.

I find it really
interesting that Jensen (& Danneel) choose to miss Odette’s first birthday
and instead go to LA.
It definitely goes against the whole BFF/commune image they’ve been trying to sell.
I even saw some hets on Twitter commenting that it was sad "the Ackles" were missing it.
From either a hat or het perspective, I find it to be an odd choice.

LOL, the sympathy was really there, wasn't it?
So following Danneel's celebration at Disneyland on the 18th, the birthday train kept on rolling. It was Tom Padalecki's sixth birthday and once again, beard Genevieve had a slew of pictures to share, but nothing which time and date stamped the event. And Jensen? Well, doggone it, he had DVD commentary to tape and a show in L.A. to do!
So, was the timing of the Kimmel appearance something which just couldn't wait? Let's check the topics discussed: the four birthday parties, the brewery, the upcoming Scoobynatural episode. Well, promo is promo after all....Darn the luck, Tom and Odette.
Unless, like we at Narnia, you also find it hard to believe that papa Jensen would really miss that big Number 1 and a Number 6. "But, but, but - Disneyland! Kimmel! Da plane, da plane!" How could this be?
Well, number one, it's extremely doubtful Jared was ever in Austin, TX, but instead was in Los Angeles along with Jensen. The DVD commentary time certainly did not have to have taken place on the 19th, which opens up the day's schedule for a party for Tom. IF Tom's birthday is even really on the 19th. It likely is because I don't know if there was date-playing going on back then, but it's always possible the date is not true.
But Odette's is a different story. From the very beginning, the gestation periods for Odette Padalecki, Arrow and Zeppelin Ackles were filled with suspect photos, wild rumors and OTT social media activity.
Her birthday is supposed to be March 17. What if she was actually born earlier than that, like we suspect was the same case for the twins? Looking back at February 2017, the J's were both incognito the week of February 6 with a thread on Spn_Goss titled "Jensen and Jared time off".
Threads continue to read of an old January sighting, Danneel posting a brewery Instagram, and Jensen tweeting. In other words, zilch-o sightings of the two men until the following weekend when the Vegas Con occured and even then, only a few Jared sightings in Vegas. In the early midnight hour on Saturday the 12th, Jared had a very vocal social media rant allegedly with a hotel employee, a run-in the likes of which fans have seen before.
Aaah yes. J2 fans had become familiar with these social media "eruptions". In the past, they appeared to serve as a means to place Jared where he really wasn't. Was that the case again last spring? Could it be that Odette was really being born at this time or had she been born earlier in the week and Jared was providing cover for he and Jensen to sneak into Vegas?
Why Vegas? Las Vegas is only a little over an hour's flight from southern California. Why is this a key? Because we've stated this before: the state of California is the Cadillac of surrogacy friendly states for same-sex couples. When the baby is born, that baby is theirs, hands down and no fear of losing custody.
Sidenote: the week following Vegas Con was also without sightings of J2. They did not show up on set until the 20th. This would have given both men about two weeks devoted time with the new baby.
And what about this year? What happened around this same time period in 2017? Well, there was no filming on 2/9 and 2/12 due to the Canada Day holiday. Oh look - here's a plane!anon to tell everyone what's going to happen next.

What then followed? The livestream with Genevieve, Danneel and Genevieve's mother, remember that one? The Valentine's "hockey game" family date with the floating cell phone photo? Jensen incognito?
Could it be that a big No. 1 birthday was really being celebrated during this time instead of the noisy "March 17" surrounded by plane rides, Disney and Kimmel?
Same with the birth of the Ackles twins. In fact, Narnia did a post on the Big Hinky which took place during a similar "Look Over Here, Not Over There" entitled "It Was the Biggest, Secondest Wedding of the Year "
That escapade began on Friday, November 18 and brought both Jared and Jensen to where? To Los Angeles, CA. The big distraction that time was Mark Sheppard and his bride's second wedding, which was Big. Lavish. Cast-Filled. Everyone was there and they were tweeting, Instagram'ing and Facebook'ing. Pictures everywhere! This "second" marriage event was even covered by eonline.
The wedding was then followed by an MIA Jensen Ackles and soon, the holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas for both men to bond and care for the new twins. Nice piece of scheduling! [I think we've noticed another gay couple taking advantage of the winter holidays to also have some of their children born. *wink*]
And could it be that the cover Mark Sheppard's wedding provided for Jensen and Jared, was one reason why Mr. Sheppard left the show on such bitter terms? Even if the wedding expenses were covered by the Padackles in exchange for the cover, one could imagine feeling betrayed in a sense if let go by the show.
All things to think about the possibility of, if you're open minded enough to realize that the public lives of J2 have been nothing but out of pattern since the fall of 2016. But perhaps the reason is because they are hiding something rather big, such as the realization that these two men are indeed following in the footsteps of Jake and Austin. That's a pretty darn big secret.

We saw this several times with Jake and Austin, can't stress it enough. Big distractions to hide what is really going on behind the scenes and if you're not watching, you're missing it. Even if you don't understand the why's or heretofore's, give it time. Usually, things make sense later on.
I'm a firm believer in the light always eventually shining through and rising above the dark.
There's a reason there have always been these stories about the Padalecki kids being born in the Seattle area. It's on the west coast. It's in between Vancouver and the state of California. It's convenient.
The Vegas Con was convenient to where the guys needed Odette to be born. Lolliegate? Distraction. "Ashton"? Distraction. Brewery building and whatnot? Helped to serve as distraction. All of this helps to occupy fans online because idle fans' minds are prone to wondering and asking what's going on.
There's a reason why Jensen was not seen or heard from that week post Vegas con. Jared distracted while Jensen, much like Jake, is in large part the nurturer of the pair.
And I think the twins were likely born around the time of Mark Sheppard's wedding. That was the big distraction. There's a reason why there are delays in showing baby pictures - it's to help hide the growth because babies can change a lot. We didn't see Odette for awhile and I think it's because she was born before March 17. Several weeks can make a big difference.
There was no way Jensen was missing her first birthday. Nope. Sorry. No way. They gave Odette the "birthday" date of Mar 17 for a reason. It would always be overshadowed by Danneel's and provide a reason for Jensen to not show involvement with her and apparently Tom's birthday. I never realized how close all 3 were in birthdays. Is that supposed to be some kind of crazy coincidence? I don't think so. Nice try, folks.
And isn't it funny how all of a sudden there's been this mass exodus in the J2 fandom? I'm not buying this. Sure, some have been disenchanted with the show for awhile and yes, the beards are smothering everything, invading all of the J2 space, even Vancouver which has always been the guys' "safe haven". Many believers loved it because Vancouver placed them far away from the beards and the children. So they were like bachelors living it up all the time. "Part time dads".
The narrative spun is that these two guys never wanted Odette or the twins. Even Jared and Jensen are feeding this narrative on con stages, acting like the babies were accidents, that the "wives" were the ones who wanted them and many supposed believers have been buying this up because it feeds the idea that Jared & Jensen are these hot bachelors up in Vancouver banging the hell out of each other 24/7. They don't want kids. They don't have time for kids, only each other.
Well. I hate to tell you this, but they're lying to you. They've been lying to you. They're domesticated, maybe not quite as domesticated as I think Jake & Austin are, but they're raising this family just like Jake & Austin are.
This is one reason why so much weirdness. So much social media. So many pictures and stories. So much "Mom" and "Mommy". So much separate family narrative. Apparently there can't be enough "Mom and kids" pictures to keep hammering it home. It's why the beards are in Vancouver so much. Can't be packing all those bottles and diapers and sippy cups back and forth from Vancouver to Austin all the time. That's too much work, too hard on the kids.
But isn't it weird how so many fans are leaving? Is it just because of the beards? Beards are a way of the closeted lifestyle - they're never going to fully go away.
Is it because some can see the handwriting on the wall and despite what a few are trying to sell that there are "payouts" going on, some aren't buying this and can see that neither one of these guys is coming out anytime soon?
Is it the children that are cramping styles? I have to ask this because of comments I've seen. For whatever reason, there are female fans who don't like to see their OTP's "saddled" with children. For some reason, it interferes with I don't know what. But children ruin it for some, let's be honest.
I don't know, I love these guys who fall in love and want to raise a family together. It's lovely, it's romantic and I think they're still very sexy. But not all see it that way. It's interesting.
Anyway, I'll ask M&M to chime in with her thoughts; these are just mine and over the past year and a half, I've learned from some of her viewpoints on this whole activity with Jared/Jensen and their latest offspring.
Sorry for the glut of comments, but I'm buzzed on my Scooters coffee and mind's kind of churning right now.
But let's just for a second look at this mass exodus because we experienced this with Jake and Austin. For the longest time, folks pooh-poohed the idea of Jake and Austin still being together, let alone there being any kind of baby.
But as time went on and Jake's public life changed, there began to be some puzzles and weirdness. When Jake and Austin stepped out for the sushi lunch, Jake drove Austin's truck, fans began to be excited. We had a few come on OMG and say "Wow, you guys were so right! They're still together!" and hope was all over the place. Many of us naively thought they were preparing to come out.
Well, I have been watching some of the same kind of thing with Jared and Jensen now. And maybe Jared really is going to be the first to divorce his beard but I just don't see it happening anytime soon. There have been way too many huggy/kissy poo pics, too much selling of the "family" image. That's not a sign of an immediate payout, not a sign of planning to divorce and/or come out.
When things abruptly changed at Berlinale for Jake and then he took a pap walk with ol' blue hair Lea Seydoux, and then that violent Shoes video, believers saw the handwriting on the wall. They knew Jake was no way coming out. This was a new image being rolled out.
And folks left. They said that's it, I'm done, he ain't coming out, I'm through with it all. And that was the beginning of the end for OMG and it was the beginning of the end for Jake's fandom. And he has lost fans in droves.
And I wonder now about Jared and Jensen and their believer fans. It takes a very strong stomach to stick with a couple who are going into a deep closet. It takes patience and willingness to exist on a "barren diet" of news/pics, lol.
And will the J2 believer fans have the willingness to stick with their OTP? I find it almost impossible to believe that so many leave all at once. Not only that, but they have already found new OTP's and fandoms. It's too many, all at once.
It's very hard to kick your believer fans to the curb and try to rebuild from the ground back up. Just ask Jake. He lost his fandom and now is paying a huge price for it.

Management took a page right out of Jensen Ackles' publicity team's handbook and used an Instagram account which is filled with numerous pics of the account holder with celebrities. We are to assume this person makes a habit of stalking conventions, airports, sidewalks, hotels, etc I reckon? And is lucky enough to keep nailing these people for pictures? Riiiiight. Not to mention half of the pictures look photoshopped.
How about this? The Toronto Blue Jays are in town this weekend. I think Mgmnt needs to send Austin and his cyber beard Hassle to a game and get them on a broadcast. Then I might believe he's there with Jake & the kids while still yet filming his pilot. A pilot episode which has been taking forever to film, apparently.

I think you forgot a comma, PG. Back in January 2012, Jake got into the car with an old man management type (a handler, perhaps), and then he was seen earlier getting in Austin's black Toyota Tundra truck with four bottles of juice. Either Jake was really thirsty, or he was shopping for others. Gee, I wonder who they could be?
Yeah, I wrote it kind of wrong. I think Jake drove Austin's truck earlier in the day with the four bottles of juice. Then he and Austin went to the sushi lunch with Adam Levine, Gene Hong & Co. and J/A got into the car with the old man. Will never forget that time. It was something maybe Jake/Austin wanted to do for their kids, but they were also sending out a huge signal that they were still together. And it was a gift to their fans.
Well, I found it odd that Jared chose Jensen's 40th family birthday bash to be seen riding a bike with JJ. We had never seen him with JJ before. And it hit me like a sushi lunch moment. I don't know, maybe not. We'll see.
But there's no doubt that the J's are preparing to go into a deep closet whenever that show ends. Whether it's this season or maybe until they hit that 300th episode which wouldn't be until next season. But they really seem to be on a goodbye tour, don't they?

This has been crazy already today. April Fool's on us. Freezing rain, wind, freezing temperatures. Chance of snow and snow showers. It's grey and cloudy. Why do I live here? lol
