Oh Wait! What About....

A new picture of Jake appeared on Twitter this morning. It was a real nice pic of him with Jeff Bauman and folks from Stronger.  I think the nice looking gentleman to Jake's right might be Jeff's brother?  Don't hold me to that.  Check out Jake here. He's just as happy as a little mouse at the Osceola Cheese Factory.

The picture was just another nail in one of the 2 x 4's of Jake's little "Who Do I Look Happier With?" house.  :-)  Because - well, let's just look at a few pictures and see if that might help explain what really doesn't need too much explaining, ha ha.

This one can still cause a spine to twist up like a Slinky.

D'oh!

Okay, well hey, what about -

*facepalm*   On the other hand, now you're talkin' here.  Awwww...

Okay, one more try.  How about.....

Oh.  Uh.  Well, okay.  Now, let's not end this on a sad sack face Jake. Here.  Let's raise the roof on that snoozefest. Now, THIS is what I'm talkin' about, folks...

Thank you, fellas!!!  Sometimes only the barest minimum of words is needed to make a point, isn't it?

You know as well as I do, that there were a number more pictures of Jake staring at Heath that could have been posted, but well, decided to keep it at one. No need to drill it home with the first one, lol.

But you know what? For all the swooning over those two that you see nowadays on Twitter, what most Jake fans don't know is that Jake was with Austin before Heath. He was with Austin post-Brokeback Mountain while Heath was still alive. And he's still with Austin how many years later. Austin is the one Jake got engaged to. Married. And is raising a family with.

:-) I think that is something to celebrate despite all of the sideshow.

Celebrate? Behold?

I would have used the SXSW pic in the post but Austin isn't looking at Jake at that moment. Who knows what in the heck he was doing in that lovely, historic pic. Had he just noticed a wayward bottle of Baby Magic on the floor of that SUV and he was trying to do a quick hide-aroo?

Boy, there was some pretty titillating stuff from the Atlanta Supernatural Con crossing my timeline today. Wheweee boy. Talk about hot in here.

Can you tell that Jared & Jensen are expecting some new little ones? They have been so frisky at these cons lately. ;-)

Jared talking about bouncing a dime off of Jensen's ass? Last con, he told everyone what a great ass it was.

I wasn't too sure about what he said today - I'll have to watch the video and see how Jensen reacted. But they're been awfully "close", not really hiding how close they are in a lot of their conversations at the panels. I haven't been able to read any more than the snippets that were on my Twitter timeline, so tonight I'll see later if I can't catch up on that.

Today has been nuts. The whole past week and a half has been nuts. Work is very hectic right now as it is our busy season and so, sorry about being stuck on Hot, Hot, Hot for about 3 days? Sorry!!! :-(

Great post, PG. I thought Jake was ready to strangle Anna Kendrick there for a moment at that Subway Sandwich venue. Speaking of passive aggressive behavior, I wonder if that video is still available where Jake practically slammed the door in Taylor Swift's face when he opened the door and walked in first. LOL! Always the gentleman, especially when he doesn't want to do something. In fact, he often looks pretty bored with these women. That or like they are just platonic pals. No heat. No spark. No chemistry. Sometimes he just exudes plain annoyance.

lol. That'd be a blast to post on Tumblr.

Boy, The Walking Dead has trended all day and now all night. I'm not going to give away any spoilers. Not that I watch it, I'm just going by Austin's twitter search. Austin taking a lot of heat from the fans. Hmmmmmmm...

Alright, gotta unpack and start winding down. I miss my kitties so much. :*(

This post is from Just Jared and came out today.

Sean Hayes Apologizes for Not Coming Out as Gay Sooner

Sean Hayes played one of the most iconic gay characters ever on television during his run on Will & Grace, but he was still in the closet at the time.

The 46-year-old actor didn’t come out as gay until 2010, several years after the series went off the air.

Sean was presented with an award at the 2016 Outfest Legacy Awards on Sunday night (October 23) in Los Angeles and he apologized for not coming out sooner. The award was presented by Dax Shepard and the actor was joined by husband Scott Icenogle at the ceremony.

“[The press release] said that I took the stereotypical gay sissy and made him human, lovable, flawed and real. While this may be true, I think you should’ve led with flawed because at the time, I was a young closeted actor having his first taste of a little success and unfortunately, in my mind, my lucky break was inextricably tied to me thinking that i had to stay in the closet in order to keep moving forward,” Sean said in his speech (via THR). “Looking back at my choice to stay silent, I am ashamed and embarrassed. What was I thinking? As If any of you had any doubts. I mean, right, could a straight actor ever do this…?”

“When it comes to nights like tonight and honors like this, I’m consumed with what I didn’t do,” Sean continued. “I know I should’ve come out sooner and I’m sorry for that. Especially when I think about the possibility that I might have made a difference in someone’s life. I would probably be able to sleep a lot better than I do if I had acted sooner, but such is life. We learn our lessons only when we are ready.”

Sean Hayes honored at the 2016 Outfest Legacy Awards

I feel so bad for Sean Hayes. When I see a statement like that, he should know that things were very different back then and you can't sit around regretting and stewing over what you've done or didn't do. That applies to everyone, no matter what the regret in life is. He can't carry a burden like that, it's not fair to himself.

Hopefully Sean Hayes is doing very well now.
