By now, we all know about the story of Leadville (see 30 Days: Day 17) and how that getaway trip to Colorado related to Jake, Austin and a new addition to Family Tile. It's a grand little story with many moving parts, and twists and turns, but the ultimate ending always seems to lead to the welcoming of a Bundle of Joy.
Probably the first big clue that there was something special baking in the oven that summer, was Jake's steady pattern of medical building visits mentioned in Doctor's Orders , capped off by the kind of spontaneous pap sightings we just don't see anymore. For instance, Jake was caught where he wasn't supposed to be on July 23, 2010, in Los Angeles. Prior to that, Jake was believed to be in Martha's Vineyard to enjoy the summer with Peter, Maggie and friends.

Consequently, fans were made to think that Jake was going to settle in on Martha's Vineyard well into August, or at the very least through July, which was a frequent pattern and destination for family Gyllenhaal vacations before the fakeness that was Reeke 2008-2009 (Jake and Reese Witherspoon's fauxmance).
What a surprise to everyone when Jake was suddenly papped back in California only three weeks later on July 23, railing out the front door of some retail store. Watch out, here he comes!!!

Well, on August 5, we know that Maggie and husband Peter Sarsgaard were in LA because they dined with Jake and one of those Mystery Brunettes™.

The fact that it never made sense for Maggie and Ramona to be attending Birdie's birthday party makes one wonder if something else could have been going on behind the scenes? A distraction perhaps? Oh My Godot and Narnia both believe all the hyper activity served as cover for another stork arrival, a "Leadville Baby Tile" if you will.
As was pointed out before by M&M, the gathering of family members could have been a sign of a birth celebration.
For background purposes, we know that Jake is Jewish and that he was raised in a Christian and Jewish household. Being that Austin is Christian it would not be surprising that Toothy and Goose's offspring might be brought up with a similar blended religious heritage. In Jewish tradition, a Bris of a healthy baby boy is done on the eighth
day of life (counting the day of birth). This is so even if the eighth day
falls on Shabbos, Yom Kippur or any other Jewish festival. (If the baby was born on August 7th,
which would have been a Saturday, then the Bris could have been set for August
14th (the 8th day of life).

One of the cutest cakes I think I've ever seen; Busy certainly went the extra mile for that special "friend". But, let's think for a moment and see who else is known to be fond of these hairy creatures of the jungle? First off, in One Tree Hill, Season 9, which would go on to air in 2012, Austin's character Julian Baker and Brooke Davis become the proud parents of twins. As part of the detailed scenery, the on set nursery interestingly enough was decorated with a curious amount of monkeys.
And given that Austin confessed just yesterday at a Walker Stalker Convention in Tulsa, Oklahoma that he became Julian on One Tree Hill, the personalization/morphing of Austin and Julian seems more than real on many levels.

Looking back at the Bonobos tweet for a moment, one might wonder who @TwisterMurch was. Well, his twitter account is no more, but thanks to email records, his profile location read as Los Angeles. His schooling history was Georgetown and USC (a University that Austin also attended). In fact, many of his twitter mutuals were from USC. One mutual of interest was named Jeremy Michael Cohen, and he was a filmmaker, director, writer, entrepreneur. He had just started a business at the time and coincidentally enough, it was called Tortuga Backpacks! One of Jake's favorite resort areas.
Before closing, let's make sure to revisit the name on the monkey boy cake that Busy created for her special friend whose baby's first birthday was obviously celebrated in 2011. HUGO! Kind of an unusual moniker at first glance, except if we remember who had a grandfather by the name of Hugh Anders. That's right, Mr. Jake. Interestingly enough, Hugh just so happens to translate into Hugo in Swedish. And, who do we know who is half Swedish? That's right, Mr. Jake, once again. And, what is the meaning of Hugo: mind, heart and spirit. Sounds like the kind of transcendental name that just might appeal to a Buddhist-loving Jake Gyllenhaal, doesn't it? Yeah, that guy who said he studied Eastern Religions and Philosophy. It might also be a name someone who happened to be a USC grad in Creative Writing might appreciate as well. But, I'm sure all these parallels are mere delusional coincidences. Right, Jake?
In any event, Happy 7th Birthday, Hugo!!! Whoever you are. *wink*

I was telling M&M this morning on the phone that these guys are getting darn close to the first offspring hitting puberty. LOLLLLL!! They don't even know a rough ride yet until one of their teens goes stomping upstairs and telling them they don't understand anything. Ha ha ha ha.
Do you know what I would give to be a fly on the wall? I would give my cracked back molar yanked out without a shot. No shot, no nothing. That's how much I would give. ;D.
That back molar is going to be bad news next week when I do go to the dentist. My wisdom tooth next to it is sideways and for years, dentists have wanted to yank it out and I tell them leave it alone, it's not hurting anything. We shall see.
