What a coincidence. Jake had been seen in Dalston, England in early February 2012 filming his Shoes music video, "Time to Dance" and it appears that Austin may have been there with him. Perhaps just a coincidence. After all, Jake wasn't in England long because he had to fly off to Germany to be one of the members of the International Jury at the Berlinale Film Festival, arriving at Tegel Airport on February 8. No harm. No foul. Until...

I love that video. I love that you can tell Jake is smiling as he introduces his guy Austin to whoever that young fellow is. Then he tosses his hair a bit. LOL! He's so proud of Austin and with good cause.
I just love that video. Huge kudos to Stubborn TB who found that video because none of us other regulars would have ever seen it. We miss folks like Stubborn who was very knowledgeable and not only that, but because she was overseas, she found some pieces of information that we never would have. She was a sharp pair of eyes, as was someone named Vespy.
And I know the video is on YouTube and all, but for sure, this was 2012, and I know at that time, I certainly was not savvy at all about searching things. I never would have dreamed to search YouTube for any videos of this. So very thankful to Stubborn for having found this video.
I think the fact that Austin is inside the Embassy with Jake as his guest was about as big of an Exhibit A as you can get.

Yes sir Jake Gyllenhaal and his husband Austin Nichols were there. That was awesome to see Jake and Austin in the background .I would love to know how Jake introduced Austin. The lady seemed like she may have known him. The guy got a handshake .I got two handshakes. I will never wash that hand again :-)
