30 Days and 16 Years: A Pin Up History of Jake Gyllenhaal and Austin Nichols - Day 27

circa January 2010

To market we will go, to market we will.....heyyyyy, who is that head up yonder?

Huh? Who? Where?

Right here....

one more time...

Aaaah, aHA!!

The picture came from a trusted source of Special K's in May 2010 who had provided pictures before.  Special K dated the picture (due to Jake and Austin's haircuts at the time and Austin's availability in CA) likely in January of 2010.

And while we're on the subject of farmers markets, Jake and Austin, there was this one as well.  Could that be Mr. Nichols in the background, tagging along with Jake, the beard and the matriarch? Hmmmmm...

This is why it pays to look closely around in these types of photos (non-Instagram, of course) because you'll never know if the other OTP half is "lurking" around.  ;-)

From previous post:

In his private life all these pics and posts that PG has made this month shows us that he has found that someone special .why deceive people like both Jake and Austin are .I wanna like these guys again but it is so tough.

I totally hear you, Tom. Following these two (and Jensen & Jared, just to name another couple) is not for the weak of stomach. LOL. There are times when you wonder what orifice the social media / public relation teams pull their harebrained ideas from.

And no doubt for a member of the LGBT community, it would be even tougher.

Take for instance this latest round. Neither Jake nor Austin had bearded since last July (2017). That was when Austin gave ol' Chlo her be-gone papers. The PR/social media team floated "hints" that he was with some unknown celebrity, but Austin didn't even bother taking a picture with her.

But come birthday time? The Dollar Tree Beard is being given a bit of air time. Textbook circa 2000 bearding. I'm not mentioning her name because her expiration date is likely near due already, that's how low key the whole thing is.

I still like these guys. Can't quit 'em. I'll always hope for them and I like that they are still together. Something's working, lol.

So, did Jake borrow his mom and dad's old farmers market cart? Or was that always just his, and his dad was just pushing it in those old farmers market pictures? And does Jake still have that old red metal cart? ;D

I could not be more glad this week is over. Working overtime, no time to do anything except keep the nose to the grindstone. I don't mind working hard, but I do like to sit back and be able to relax a bit. Geez!

We're getting close to the end now! Only a few more to go. What will the last three photos be??????

Sorry for the quiet lately, on all fronts, not just the blog, but Twitter too. I try to be on Tumblr, but it's hard to do it all. Work has been hectic, there's a lot going on there now and it'll be this way for the next several months.

Will try to do better and at least once my co-worker gets back in another week, then I'll get some more energy & time back.

We'll have a new post later this afternoon, something that many probably haven't seen before. I know I hadn't. M&M's got that one. And tomorrow's post will be a bit of a mind opener as well.

Off to a vintage market for some decompression time. I Need It!!
